WarnMe notifies all UC Davis affiliates of campus emergency events via email, phone, and devices listed in the Campus Directory.
If there is an emergency on campus, the WarnMe emergency notification service will be used to send messages via email accounts, phones and devices listed in the Campus Directory. If campus affiliates choose to provide additional contact information, emergency notifications will also be sent to the additional personal email addresses, cell phones and devices. Information collected for the WarnMe service will only be used to send information in the event of a campus emergency.
WarnMe also manages the mail routers, the UC Davis data feed to the WarnCalling system, and the web interface allowing users to update their contact information.
