Campus Wireless Access

The wireless network on campus supports most devices (802.11 a/b/g/n) and is available to all eduroam and UC Davis computing account holders.

In addition, the UCD Guest wireless network is available to guests on campus.

Eduroam (education roaming) is the secure, world-wide roaming wireless service developed for the international research and education community.

Once you’re connected to eduroam, you can enjoy secure WiFi access at UC Davis, other educational institutions, and hotspots worldwide. No matter where you roam, your UC Davis security credentials are always checked back home at UC Davis. At eduroam hotspots around the world no one but you knows your credentials so your connection is safe from hackers.

UCD Guest Wireless

UCD-Guest is a wireless network that UC Davis provides to visitors on campus. If you are visiting UC Davis for a short period of time and you need a wireless connection, then this is the network you should use.
