Quality Assurance/Software test investigates the proposed IT solution against the business needs. It includes tracing technical specifications to business and functional requirements, developing and executing test plans on a system prior to production release, regression testing and post-release verification. Methods can include black-box testing, white-box testing, automated testing and support for user-based User Acceptance Testing, among others.
Establishing a rigorous system test regime will provide:
- Improved quality of final system
- Increased customer satisfaction
- Reduces risk of bugs and errors
- Higher reliability of successful system deployment
- Traceability between business needs and delivered system
- Reduced overall system development cost
Services are available during normal business hours. Once engaged, your assigned resource will adjust to your project and business work hours.
