JIRA is a bug tracking and agile project management tool used for development and maintenance of application software. JIRA provides workflow processes allowing teams to track defects, issues, enhancement requests, and tasks. The ability to organize and track issues facilitates collaboration among project teams to improve code quality and the speed of development.
