Aggiefeed is a campus activity stream that displays information and events submitted by approved campus departments and organizations. It provides date-driven content in real time, such as events and activities, WarnMe alerts, and SmartSite notifications as well as Quick Polls and online course evaluations. Aggiefeed provides content pertinent to students, faculty, and staff, and messages can be targeted directly to specific groups and individuals or made public for anyone to read.
DocuSign is a “software as a service” tool that has been identified to automate electronic routing, signature and storage of documents.
This pilot project includes a one-year campus wide license for DocuSign, to demonstrate the value of this tool for campus in automating a number of business processes requiring signatures. Based on the first year outcomes, if value is demonstrated, a proposal will be developed to fund ongoing licensing and support of the tool as a campus wide service.

Software License Coordination includes a website and staff to manage software licenses. The service includes monitoring usage, vendor management to negotiate and obtain best value, and distributing costs to various campus departments.
UC Davis Mobile is the official UC Davis app that features real-time Unitrans bus schedules, course information, dining hall menus, email access, the campus map and Aggie Feed. (Aggie Feed collects information from campus groups into a single stream.)
